Dr. Felix Locher advises small, medium and large Swiss and multinational companies in various industry sectors. He has in-depth experience in all fields of intellectual property, in particular trademark and patent law, copyright and design law, IP related contracts (licenses, technology transfer etc.), litigation and arbitration.

Prior to joining Python as Counsel in 2013, Felix was a lawyer with SRG/SSR Swiss Broadcasting Corporation, the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, and a partner with E. Blum & Co AG.

Felix attended the University of Bern (Dr. iur.) and joined the Bern Bar in 1989, he is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland. Felix speaks German, English and French.

We provide a full range of domestic and international trademark services. We assist in the preparation and filing of domestic or international trademark registrations. We draft all relevant contracts in this respect, including license and franchise agreements. In addition, we handle opposition and appeal procedures regarding trademarks and take defensive or proactive action before the competent courts, including the Supreme Court.

We have extensive knowledge in copyright and entertainment law (contracts, licence agreements) and assist in litigation concerning patent matters.
