Dr. Ingo Jung studied law and obtained his doctorate from the University of Göttingen.

His admission as a lawyer in 1996 also began his work at CBH in Cologne. There he specializes in the areas of intellectual property, copyright and media law as well as the law of new media. The main focus of his legal activities is in the areas of intellectual property, competition, trademark, copyright and advertising law.

Dr. Ingo Jung is a specialist lawyer for intellectual property, author of a variety of scientific papers and lecturer in various specialist lawyer courses. He is the initiator and co-founder of the “Cologne Symposium on Trademark and Competition Law” and the “Cologne Days on Copyright and Media Law” as important specialist events in this field.

Dr. Ingo Jung is spokesman for the Committee on Intellectual Property in the KAV. He is also a lecturer at the Research Center for Media Law at the University of Applied Sciences Cologne and a lecturer at the University of Münster.

The JUVE handbook shows Dr. Ingo Jung continuously as frequently recommended lawyer in the area of ​​trademark and competition law at CBH (JUVE manual 2014/2015: “highly specialized in trademark law”, “collegial, but tough on the matter”, competitors).
